3. Quote and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and current market conditions
• Final offers may vary upon physical inspection of items
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to adjust or decline offers based on item condition

4. Shipping and Mail-In

• Items shipped to us must be packaged securely to prevent damage
• We provide free insured shipping labels for approved quotes over $50
• CardBuyers is not responsible for items lost or damaged by shipping carriers
• Items must match the description provided in the quote request

5. Payment

• Payment is issued within 1 business day of item verification
• Payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or check
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with the transaction

6. Item Condition

All items must be authentic. Counterfeit items will be returned at the sender's expense. We reserve the right to adjust offers based on condition discrepancies between the quote request and physical inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

CardBuyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
